TUESDAY NIGHTS:
We practice EVERY Tuesday evening as a team for some up-tempo work.- Jan-May = Spring Training
- June = Off
- July-November = Fall Training
- Dec = Off
The workout starts at 6:10pm, but get there early to warm up (~5:30pm)
WEEKENDS:
Occasionally we will try to meet as a team for a weekend run or two. Notices will be sent out via email about the when's and where's.
